Also based on KVKK numbered 6698 and the relevant legal legislation, and limited to the purposes specified in the article titled "Purposes for Processing Personal Data" and in accordance with the "General Principles" stated in the 4th Article of KVKK and the provisions of the "Conditions for Processing of Personal Data" stated in the 5th Article and "Conditions for Processing of Special Qualified Personal Data" specified in Article 6; Personal data that is processed, when necessary, can be transferred to the legally authorized real and/or legal persons, (business partners, subcontractors, suppliers, real and/or legal persons who are in the country and/or abroad, who receive services to carry out their products and services or cooperate in any field), within the framework of the situations specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
