QUALITY POLICY

Training programs offered by our institution through our Head Office and Branch(es) fully comply with the syllabi recommended by maritime organizations such as Transport Malta, IYT Worldwide, MCA, IMO, and the STCW Code with its latest amendments. All trainings are provided by Master Mariners and Marine Engineer BSc instructors, who have extensive sea service and management experience, in order to assist in improving the maritime industry in both local and international markets, and to offer better services than all competitors by following the critical principles listed below:

The above implemented Quality Policy principles are our core principles, which should be considered by our personnel and managers at all times consciously. Xone Superyacht Group will achieve these aims and meet our business objectives through the review and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, internal communication, competent and professional supervision, and the ongoing service and development of all our personnel.

The Quality Policies shall always be available to internal and external parties and maintained as documented information on the organization’s website, and they are posted in the office.
