PROFESSIONAL SUPERYACHT HOSPITALITY

The Professional Superyacht Hospitality Course is a five-day training programme designed for individuals who want to begin a career in the superyacht interior department.

Approved and issued by IYT Worldwide this course provides aspiring yacht interior crew with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to deliver professional hospitality services onboard luxury yachts.

Students will gain an understanding of superyacht operations, guest service standards, food and beverage service, interior maintenance, and the professional expectations of the international yachting industry.

Modules Covered

• The Superyacht Industry – Introduction to yacht operations, crew roles, and life onboard. 
• Bar, Wine & Food Service Theory – Learn professional hospitality standards, beverage knowledge, and service procedures. 
• Bar, Wine & Food Service Practical – Develop practical service skills required for luxury yacht environments. 
• Interior Detailing and Laundry – Learn interior maintenance, cleaning standards, and laundry procedures. 
• Special Skills – Additional skills required to support professional yacht hospitality operations. 

Eligibility Requirements

• To enrol in the Professional Superyacht Hospitality Course, applicants must:
• Be at least 18 years of age 
• Interior crew members must also hold STCW Basic Safety Training certification to work onboard commercial yachts.
• Assessment

Students will complete:

• 1 Written Examination 
• 1 Practical Assessment
